Spine ends of vols. 1 and 3 carefully restored. Good copy, each vol. with engraved bookplate with (attributed in old hand) the arms of the Huyssen van Kattedijke family ("Nec timide nec tumide", without fear, without overconfidence). This is indeed the motto of that family, but the coat of arms itself is different. Collected volume with the short stories by De la Fontaine (part I-II), Voltaire, Vergier, Seneca, Perrault, Moncrief and Ducerceau (III) and Grecourt, Autereau, Saint-Lambert, Chamfort, Piron, Dorat, La Monnoye and François de Neufchateau (IV).
