The clock with central depiction of a globe i.e. northern hemisphere surrounded by the solar system, hour hand and zodiac. The description regarding the use of this clock on both sides of the image (text in German). The print (in copper engraving) from a folio edition of a Homann world atlas, c. 1720. Image 49 x 58 cm. with mount. Middle fold as issued. Small stain lower right outside the image, verso ms. ann. Very good copy, finely coloured.
