A rare print, the publishers were active between 1782 and 1793. 2) "Afbeelding van de geduchte storm en watervloed in Gelderland, Overysel, enz., de doorbraak der dyken, en de overstrooming in de huizen, geschied in 't begin van 't jaar 1809." Catchpenny print, sheet size 41.5 x 33 p., w. 2 large woodcuts signed "I. Donker", sl. touched w. colour, each w. 8-line letterpress verse in 2 columns below, numbered "No. 37" in upper right margin, Amsterdam, J. Wendel & Zoon, not before 1819. Folded twice and other minimal defects, but a very good copy for this kind of print. De Meyer p. 336, and cat. Wendel 37. J. Wendel was active in Amsterdam since about 1790, and together with his son since 1819. The stock was taken over by the Amsterdam publishers Kok-Van Kolm in 1842. Showing the flooding of the land (upper half) and of the interior of a house (lower half); 3) "Zoo wel de stad als 't buiten leven, kan ons vermaak en vreugde geven." Catchpenny print, sheet size, 44 x 34 cm, w. 6 woodcuts touched w. colour, each with a 2-line letterpress verse below, numbered "8." in upper left margin, Amsterdam, D.
