Alan Sonfist, Autobiography of Time Landscape
Artists' poster announcement for a show at 112 Greene Street New York, October 9-28, 1976. Printed on thin newspaper print, 86 x 58 cm, folded 3 times. Some general toning, else in remarkably good state considering the paper type.
Sonfist’s Time Landscape, a nine-hundred-square-foot plot of land fenced in at the corner of West Houston Street and LaGuardia Place, is claimed to be the most important example of Land art in New York City since its creation in 1978.
