P.S.1, poster for the legendary exhibition Rooms

New York, Institute for Art and Urban Resources Inc, 1976. 58 x 63 cm, designed by Richard Nonas. Features the inaugural show of P.S. 1 in Long Island City in June 1976. Curated by Alanna Heiss, 'Rooms' featured site-specific installations by 78 artists throughout the abandoned former school building.

Participating artists included Gordon Matta-Clark, Vito Acconci, Daniel Buren, Nam June Paik, Lynn Hershman, Walter de Maria, Dennis Oppenheim, John Baldessari and others. The poster is folded 3 times for postal purposes, this copy is unmailed and in very good condition.
