White cover with vertical cut, overlaid on black sheet. Interior with 8 perforated/cut white sheets overlaid on coloured paper. Covers show light age spotting and creasing along the vertical incision line on the front board. The interior is near mint. Listed in Ruhé & Rigo, p. 196.
