Comprises: (1) "Provisioneel reglement by ridderschappe, ende steden des Ruremondschen quartiers (...) den 5 Mey 1664. (...) om daer naer eens des jaers, tot stuyr van beden, subsidien, ende onraets-penningen, te lichten, ten platten lande." N.pl., n.publ., 22. February, 1681. Nice placard, renewing the statement about taxes of 1664, for all kinds of professions and goods. Present in 2 copies. (2) A placard on wages concerning the "geoctroyeerde Colonie de Berbice", at the time part of Dutch Guiana and known for its plantations and slavery. The Hague, J. Scheltus, 1752. (3) A placard concerning "een intermediair bestuur over de zaken van de Colonien en bezittingen in America en op de kust van Guiana (...)." The Hague, 's Lands Drukkery, 1798. Also including 5 placards on the problem of "landloopers", "vagabonden", "bedelaars", "boosdoeners", "straetschenders" ("onder den naam van heydenen/ Egyptenaren") (1718-1789), and a placard on the installation of 3 lighthouses at the island Marken (originally published 1699, renewed 1773).
