Amst., GVR, 1933 (printed by Drukkerij "VADA" in Wageningen), paginated 195-224, tipped-in fold. col. samples, orig. stapled wr. des. by Willem Sandberg, w. extra dustwr., 4to. Lacks perhaps a sample on inside backwr. The extra backwr. loosening and stained. Very nice, early design by Sandberg. (2) Nederlandsch Muziekfeest 1935. Ter gelegenheid van het 40-jarig jubileum van Prof. Dr. Willem Mengelberg als dirigent van het Concertgebouw. Amsterdam 2-9 Mei Concertgebouw Stadsschouwburg.
