Harry Ruhé, stanley brouwn: a chronology 2005-2017, 2023

Unique scrapbook, only one copy made. This is the extended version of Ruhé’s comprehensive chronology published in 2005, with additional material up to brouwn's death in 2017. White plastic ringbinder, 32 x 27.5 x 7 cm. Contains ca. 150 sheets with (tipped in) b/w and colour illustrations, housed in transparent ringbinder sleeves.

This copy contains reproductions of invitations and newspaper articles, all reproduced in full size, photographs, letters sent by brouwn to Ben Vautier (1963-64), and a rare article about a 1976 Brouwn exhibition at the Van Abbemuseum which was (covertly) co-written by the artist. Also added is the French periodical Revue Faire with a special issue dedicated to stanley brouwn's invitation cards. Superb reference material, in mint state.
