[Lithography] Collection of ca. 55 (proof) lithographs and items on lithography
(1) Figaro lithographe. N.pl., printed by Imprimeries Lemercier, 1895, (2),IV,50,(4) p., w. 4 loosely inserted lithogr. plates (2x double-p.), num. ills., orig. wr., large folio. Waterst. in fore-edge margin, occas. tears. Wrappers loose and torn on spine. (2-6) Emil Terschak (1858-1915). Five orig. designs in pencil, for ornamental framing illustrations, with separate proofs of lithographs made after the designs and a sheet with 4 of the designs combined, as well as a published sheet w. two of the ills. and 4 others, w. caption "Lijstversieringen. Oorspronkelijk geteekend door Emil Terschak", all but the latter mounted on recto and verso of 2 sheets. The collection also comprises a very nice series of proof impressions of lithographs before letters, partly with the shape of the edges of the printing stone clearly visible. The collection kept loosely inserted in modern ringbinder.
