Bound w. the rare pamphlet by the States of Holland forbidding the production or sale of this work in 1669. In December of 1668, the States of Holland granted a privilege for the book for 15 years. This was revoked in May 1669 after the Synod of South Holland objected to the work, saying it was a threat to state and church.
