Jan Dibbets. Early ephemera 1966-1970

Folded card with stunning bright screenprinted front, unfolded 21.5 x 50 cm, 2 pp. Brochure for one of Dibbets' first exhibitions, text in Dutch by both the artist and Marcel Vos. With blindstamp of Nederlandse Kunststichting and small library label, moderate surface wear. Extremely rare.

(2) Audio-visuelle Dokumentationen. Invitation card for the show held at Museum Haus Lange Krefeld from 14 Dec. 1969 to 25 Jan. 1970, 29.7 x 21 cm. With perforated holes, as issued. Recto features a b/w image of 'Construction of a Wood, 1969'. (3) Invitation Fernsehgalerie Schum, Hannover, 1970. Colour postcard, 14.7 x 9.5 cm. Mailed copy to Dr. Felix, director of Kunsthalle Bern. Announces Dibbet's video screening 'Painting 1/2 made in Holland', aired in Fernsehaussstellung II (Artscapes) on Südwestfunk Baden Baden, as part of the famous TV series featuring (conceptual) art videos on TV curated by Schum.
