Pamphlet, 50 x 35 cm, printed b/w folded twice. Interesting statement by the New York board of the Art & Language Foundation, ceasing the publication of The Fox due to disagreements with the London based Art & Language collective.

The Fox put out three issues in 1975-76, published by the Art & Language Foundation. The magazine emphasized artistic collaboration and political and theoretical debate. Its New York editors were Sarah Charlesworth, Michael Corris, Joseph Kosuth, Andrew Menard, Mel Ramsden, Preston Heller and Ian Burn. Rare document, mint condition, no other copy found.
