Situate [sic] in the Dunstable and Leagrave Roads Luton in the country of Bedford." (summary verso). Manuscript indenture conveying the pieces of land from Francis Crawley Esq.re (sic) and others to Mr. Charles Wright and others, dated 7 October 1898, on two attached sheets of vellum, (55 x 70 cm, the extensive indenture itself, and 52 x 65 cm, a manuscript map of both parcels of land w. hand-col. borders), w. paper tax seals and 8 signatures in pen, each w. red wax seals. -and one similar indenture: "Conveyance of a Close of Meadow Ground and Hereditaments in Luton, Bedf.", from The Rev.
