Also includes other short prose pieces by De Haan and an article praising his highly controversial Pijpelijntjes (1904), regarded as the first gay novel in Dutch literature. Also includes contributions by Jan Sluyters (De emancipatie der vrouw en de sociale revolutie), De huidige Anarchistische beweging in Rusland, Cesare Lombroso (Hoe ik spiritist werd), and full-page plates after Rotgans, Rops (probably the first Dutch Rops reproduction).
