Yellowed covers with edge wear and some creases. Toning at the top of some sheets, generally a good copy.

Soft cover, 25.5 x 23 cm, 47 pp. Exhibition catalogue with a loose insert containing an interview with Johnson by Sydne Didier (age 12) and a participation call to send in a drawing. Very good copy.
