Complete set of 3 engravings, all ca. 20 x 26.5 cm, without signatures or address (published by G. de Jode), w. 1-line Latin verse below the image, mounted at upper corners under passepartouts. All good impressions, trimmed on/ near the plate mark. Lower l. corner of the 2nd print restored. New Hollstein (De Vos), 172-174, first state (of 2) (first print) and second state (of 3). Dep. Holofernes before Nebuchadnezar, Judith presented to Holofernes, Judith beheading Holofernes. -and 10 others, incl. Hollstein 1140 and 1146, first state (of 2) (very good copy), 4 smaller prints from a series of 12 dep. the acts of the apostles, Hollstein 893-894 in first state, Hollstein 895-896 (printed together on 1 sheet) in second state (of 2). Two prints of the lot by Julius Goltzius (1555-1595) (both 1st state), all other prints by unidentified engravers.
