With: Register der Resolutien (...) beginnende met den Jare 1712 tot den jaare 1744 (...) opgestelt volgens de ordre van 't A:B:C:
Handwritten index, ca. 400 pages (incl. index on the index at the end), uniform bound with the former and of the same size (pagination mostly cut off during binding).
Contrary to what the titles suggest, both indices include resolutions from later dates, in the first to ca. 1770 and in the second to ca. 1800. The registers were in all probability initially compiled around 1712 and around 1745, kept up to the later dates mentioned. The many thousands of resolutions included concern all possible areas (of collecting); with the letters O and S taking up a conspicuous amount of space: 140 pages, three times as much as most other letters. This is partially caused by included resolutions concerning octrooien (patents), the Oost-Indische Compagnie (East India Company) and Soldijen (salaries), Specien (spices) and Stadhouders (governors).
Compare for our registers: J.A. de Chalmot (ca. 1730-1801), Register der resolutien en placaaten van hun edel mogenden de heeren staaten van Friesland: beginnende met het jaar 1570 en eindigende met 1780 ingesloten : volgens ordre van het alphabet (Kampen 1784-1785). Perhaps Chalmot used our registers for this publication, but we have not been able to verify this (there exists no E-book of Chalmot's work).
