[Peepshows] (Skittles)

Peepshow consisting of 6 hand-coloured, engraved panels each of 7.5 x 9.5 cm., no address but probably Augsburg, M. Engelbrecht, ca. 1780, in later wrapper.

Without the wooden viewing-box (see lot 1742). Slightly soiled and the various layers of the panels loosening, else good. With another similar peepshow of an interior of the same size (lacks 1 panel and else same defects as the former) (total 2).
