Here and there a small water stain; leather dried out and front board nearly loose; backstrip and outer corners worn. Early print of this lovely chronicle, of which several reprints appeared. According to PiCarta the first edition is from 1710 (Amsterdam), but no such copies are presented. With lovely acrostic on the leaf after the title page.
