Original manuscript, ca. 1850, (2),416,(12) p. and several loosely inserted leaves, contemporary half-leather, 4to.

Binding damaged but contents in good condition, except for some loose leaves. Unusual, massive work in which the writer has finished the seemingly impossible chore of writing down over 3000 wars in chronological order, with details such as years of important persons (some very long lists of persons for several 18th and 19th-cy wars). The last contributions mentions the war of Montevideo against Rivera, 1846. Under the title, a different hand in pencil mentions the name "v. Loebell", who may have been the writer of the ms.
