[Henri Braakenburg], dated "Big Sur - 10/31/57" and signed "all good wishes, Henry Miller", on recto of 1 sheet of stationery of The Henry Miller Literary Society of 27.8 x 21.3 cm. (perforation holes in left-hand margin, folds).

"Dear friend - Thank you for those stamps, just lovely! I am still writing Nexus - may not finish for another year! Is it possible the "World of Sex" (the new revised edition) is sold out? I am sure the publisher has plenty of copies left. Do you see "Sexus" and "Plexus" on sale there - in the same sort of format as "The World of Sex"?" (...) "I must say I can not be of much help tot you in finding clients for "erotic" books. But tell me which titles you are handling - then maybe I will know more." Across the margin is noted: "Mailing you photo separately".
