(1840), 53.5 x 77.5 cm., printed on cloth, top edge with engraved title "Atlas du Royaume des Pays-Bas (...)", in the bottom edge the legend and in top right corner an attractively engraved title cartouche, folded in the original slipcase with title label on front, 15.5 x 10.5 cm. (near-perfect copy with only minimal traces of use).

This copy is the very rare stand-alone deluxe edition of one of the 10 maps issued in Weygands Atlas du Royaume des Pays-Bas, the 2nd edition of 1840. The first edition of that atlas is dated 1829, the map of Gelderland was dated 1820.
