Front board nearly loose, spine ends and outer corners worn. Still a special and rare deluxe copy on large and heavy paper, with in foot margin of the frontispiece a small bookplate of Dutch lawyer Fokko Bernardus Coninck Liefsting (1827-1913). Digitised copies (not on large paper) consulted by us contain no frontispieces.
