The vellum document is dated "9 maij 1776" and concerns the sale of "Een huys, agterhuys en hunne erven staande en gelegen in de Binnenbrouwersstraat aan de Oostzijde, tusschen de Haarlemmerdijk en Brouwersgragt" (with paper seal).
