Written in a clear 19th-century hand, a few notes in pencil, containing numerous recipes: "Om haring in het zuur te zetten", "Sambal Gorum voor saus", "Citroen vlaai", "Biersoep". Also included are few recipes in French, such as "Elexir de longue vie", a liquor made from wild herbs, and 7 loosely inserted recipes.
Frontboard detached, occas. sl. stained, sl. browned/ foxed. Overal in good condition.
